I have totally loved your suggestion of Break Me Down. I think that we could make this mep with I Just Wanna Love You, and if all the members agree we could use Break Me Down for the next one

BTW : I think it would be better to send a pm on YT to tohru and naya to ask them about the mep, since they aren't so active in the forum. Trisha has asked if naya would have joined, and she said yes! I Hope she'll still able to do it

But look! we have already like 2 ID-content matched video's.
I wanted to take a look at your song and i couldn't because itw as blocked in germany.

Now imagine. If we work really hard on another project like this...and 3/4 of our subs can#t watch it.....we pretty much put effort into something senseless . ___ .

at least i think it would be bad, bc as a german i can't even watch many video's.
and if my fav group or studio did a mep with a song that i can'T watch on youtube..it would be very dissapointing ; A ;

I think this time we should decide a deadline, otherwise some pll (me first xD) might think "I'll do it later..." and....well, we all remember what happened with the You Belong With Me mep, don't we? so i think we should set up a deadline...something like 3 months would be enough, i guess. But obviouslyit depends by the lenght of the parts.

I wasn't aware that Germany was blocking this song as well, and that is the reasoning behind some people's opposition to it. I think it has more to do with the company behind the song than the song choice though, no matter if it is popular or not (at least that is how it was in America). What are the German copyright laws that you are aware of and is there any way to get beyond or contest them? Is there a list of artists/companies whose songs are allowed to be played in Germany?

I've always wondered this because it seems like Germany is the country that I have copyright issues with when all other places seem to accept the video for some of my AMVs. I wondered why there was still some issues there.

I am sorry also if I sound like I am hung up over this song choice. I wasn't aware, like everyone I said before, that people were opposing it because of copyright issues. I just posted more information on the song in my last post (in case you guys thought that I was trying to push the song more then) because it was said that we might do it afterwards and I wanted to make it clear now before people get used to the idea of just what we might get ourselves into. I do like the song that we all chose and will be happy to do it with you all.
